Refund Policy
A one-to-one exchange will only be provided for items sold due to manufacturing defects.
We have a 30-day exchange only policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at enquiries@fullsun.com.sg or at 6295 0966. When requesting an exchange, please attach a softcopy of your signed Delivery Order and the reason for the exchange. Please also attach any relevant media (picture or video) evidence to support your exchange request. If your exchange is accepted, we will get in touch with you to arrange for the exchange.

Fullsun Marketing Pte Ltd shall not be liable for the cost of removal and reinstallation of the products.
Damages and Issues
All orders are to be inspected upon reception. Contact us immediately or inform the delivery team immediately on the spot if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
We strictly only accept one-for-one exchanges complying with our Refund Policy.
Refunds
We strictly do not accept any refunds. We encourage all customers to review their purchases before making payments. Once payments are made, there will be no cancellation of orders.
