I know Fullsun Marketing Pte Ltd through the Man Fut Tong Nursing Home Building Project in Year 1999-2001 and till now.

I was impressed by the knowledge they have  for their products. They were very familiar with providing suitable  and user-friendly sanitary products for the elderly sick residents at the nursing home. Thus their advice’s save us a lot time required to research on what  products suitable for the elderly.

This project was done 16 years ago. To date  their dedicated technicians still come in and  render help whenever we have any problems with sanitary products. They are always  reachable and friendly. Hence all problems are solved efficiently and timely. We appreciate very much for their extra services.

In the course of working  with Fullsun’s project team, which comprised of Mr. Gan, Ms. Gan, Penny, Jack, my staff and myself had found them to be responsible and dependable during the planning and construction phases. They had co-ordinated with the main contractor and consultants well, and provide sound and valuable advice to main contractor’s installation team to ensure the sanitary and toilet products were selected and installed properly, including providing recommendations on how to balance utility-saving and functional needs. The Fullsun project team had also provided regular updates to my team on the progress  of work and responded to site issues quickly.

After the projects were completed, they regularly came to the hospitals to visit  and check  on the performance of their products, and helped liaised with the facilities maintenance and the main contractor’s installation team to resolve maintenance and repair issues diligently.

Working with Fullsun Marketing Pte Ltd indeed left a pleasant experience. Over the multiple interactions, Fullsun has never failed to assure me of their products and services. Not only were the staff knowledgeable about the code compliance, they were efficient in providing product information, and also rendered me prompt after sales service following the product installation.

The other thing was their high quality products.

They recommended sanitary products including water cisterns (WCs), basins and sensor taps and some special products like customized made stainless stell sink and safety grab bars in handicap and patient toilet, which were affordable and also high in quality Futhermore, also fit the expectation of the owner.

They always initiate meeting with us and introduced new catalaques to keep us up to date of their new products and allowed us to have more options to choose from.

The team’s insights into the selection of sanitary wares for hospital application proved invaluable for our young architects in selecting the appropriate specification. They were very prompt in responding to any queries that our relating to grab-bars with different measurements for special ward toilets, and also custom-made sinks.
